Now you can add the IP address you set up earlier and verify.Īnd done. You’ll know it’s connected when the pc loads connection but with no internet. Then go to network settings on pc in the VM, and set up Ethernet connection with same IP and Subnet mask. Change network device from “Bridged” to “shared” and set to Ethernet 1 you set up earlier. Once versaworks is installed and opens up it’ll ask you to set and verify IP for printer.īefore you set that up address inside versaworks go to the network settings on the parallels control center. Next download and install versaworks through parallels on your new windows 11 VM. Meaning it’ll im share the same wifi ip as your Mac. Once parallels and windows finishes installing, it will automatically “bridge network”. My mini is running parallels 17 with windows 11.
So here we have Roland and Ethernet connection manually set to same address. *you will get “another device on your network is using same IP address” warning. Set manually with ip and subnet mask that is on Roland printer. Then under network settings on macOSx add an Ethernet connection. Ok it’s a bit long But set IP and subnet ID on Roland. So far I manage pretty ok, just make sure to keep everything covered. It’s not unusual to see me vacuuming walls ceilings and all surfaces in there.
